He began e-mailing a list of summaries of news articles from around the country to clients. The e-mail list evolved into Otis White’s Urban Notebook\, which ran as a daily feature on Governing.com as well as in Governing Magazine.\n In January 2007\, White moved on to other pursuits\, most notably a project to understand how communities make important decisions.\n Photos from the Event\nGet the flash player here\: http\://www.adobe.com/flashplayer\nEvent Sponsors AT&T Presenting Sponsor\n Table Sponsors\n American Constructors\, Inc.\n Balfour Beatty Construction LLC\n Barge Waggoner Sumner & Cannon\n Bell and Associates Construction Company\n Bristol Development Group\n Crosland\n First Tennessee\n Giarratana Development\, LLC\n Gresham Smith & Partners\n HNTB Architecture\n Hastings Architecture Associates\n HOK Sport+Venue+Event\n I.C.
