3/19/2009
The Gulch is an urban neighborhood project including a livable community of residences, retail shops, restaurants, and commercial offices. The project, led by MarketStreet Enterprises, aims to revitalize Nashville's historic Gulch and incorporate progressive urban design principles and an organic approach to development. In January 2009, the USGBC awarded the Gulch a LEED Neighborhood Development distinction at the Silver Level, making it the fourth project in the world with that designation. www.nashvillegulch.com
