Stacy Battles joined the Nashville Civic Design Center in February 2003 as Administrative Director. Prior to joining the Design Center, Battles served as a coordinator of fundraising and event planning activities for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's Middle Tennessee Chapter. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Eastern Kentucky University.
