1. Is there a specific site on each intersection that we are suppose to design for?  Also, what kind of footprint are we allowed? 

The Germantown Homeowner's Association has requested the specific site locations be left to the discretion of the designer, within reason, to maximize creativity in the responses. There are Right of Way restrictions currently in place, however, there is the possibility to acquire a variance, if the selected design(s) extend beyond the indicated boundaries.
