The Nashville Civic Design Center and many others believe that during the next two decades, extensive new mixed use mid to high-rise developement will occur in the South of Broadway District (a.k.a. SoBro). This semester's work tests what that developement might look like under current zoning code and urban design guideline restrictions, as well as what it might look like if variances to this legislation were liberally granted in the future.
