Publication: Designing Action—An International Design Competition

Summary

The Civic Design Center organized an international design competition called Designing Action, which was made possible by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. The competition envisioned new design concepts for Nashville's East Bank and offered a cash prize for the winner.

Designing Action is an IDEAS competition to envision the many ways that infrastructure promoting active, healthy-living could accomplish Nashville's desire to become the "Healthiest City in the Southeast."
