Getting To The Civic Design Center

Our office is centrally located in Downtown Nashville at the Butler’s Run Building (138 2nd Ave N) in Suite 106.

Staff office hours are Tuesday through Thursday 10 am - 4 pm. Please submit an inquiry below if you are interested in setting an appointment with a Civic Design Center staff member as we may be at a project site, taking a meeting, or working from home.

Walk or Bike:
We are located along the Music City Bikeway, but because of construction, the riverfront entrance is closed. When coming to the Design Center by bicycle from the North or West, come to 2nd Ave N. When coming from the South use Broadway then come North on 2nd. There are blue bike racks in the corral on the west side of 2nd Ave at the Commerce St intersection.

WeGo Public Transit (Bus or Train):
We are a 10 min walk from WeGo Central where most bus routes come to. See the WeGo System Map to find your route or download the Transit App on your smartphone to see your bus or train in real-time! We are also two blocks from River Front Station where the WeGo Star (commuter rail service) stops.

Bike or Scooter Share:

There is a B-cycle Station as well as bicycle and scooter parking right across 2nd Ave from our office.

Driving:
We do not have parking for our office in our building. There is an unaffiliated parking garage kitty-corner from our office (SP+ Parking, 210 Commerce St). For a free parking solution, we recommend parking at Cumberland Park (only on days when Nissan Stadium is not hosting events), and walking across the Pedestrian Bridge to access our office from the South.
